This paper presents a reflection on the philosophical dimension of the concepts of work and interaction in Habermas. It shows the ambiguous nature of the work as a realization and affirmation of the human specificity and alienation of the subjects who work. It also brings a positive view of the work, as it proposes an alternative way to reorganize the communicative contexts of interaction according to other standards than those oriented towards strategic action.Downloads
